Barbell Squats x 3 sets of 10 reps with 50-60% 1RM

Stability ball unilateral leg curls x 3 sets of 10 +10

12" box jumps x 30 seconds/30 seconds off x 5 rounds

DB 1/2 get ups x 10+10 x 3 sets
