Today's Workout


DE LB Week #1

3 minutes high intensity cardio or airdyne or rower

Box Jumps, increase height with each set- x 4 x 5

Barbell pause Squat with 1 chain on each side x 8 sets of 2 reps

Barbell RDL x 3 x 6

A1. Ab pulldowns with twist to right and left x 20 total
A2. Reverse hyper x 15
X 3 rounds
