3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks
45,95,115,135,165,185
Then dropped down to:
2 Hang Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
205,215,225
Finished off with CrossFit's "Grace" C&J with 135lbs for 30 reps
Time- 6:05.....Happy with this, old time was 7:50
First 20 were sloppy, cleaned it up for the final 10.
