Rack Deadlift (conventional) 2" off floor x 3 x 8

DB lunges x 3 x 5+5

A1. Free squat to dynamax ball with 20lb vest
A2. KB hand to hand swing
X20 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 5 rounds
