BBarbell floor press x max set of 5
A1. Alternating DB flat bench x 10,8,6,4
A2. Kips/chest to bar x 10,8,6,4
*time this effort
B1. BBarbell CS row x 12,10,8 ascending loading
B2. Slideboard pushups x 10, use a vest if possible
Standing bbarbell curls x 2 max sets, add load on second set.
