Today's Workout



4 sets of ABmat situps 25 reps each with 60 seconds rest inbetween

400M Treadmill run @ 10 degree grade
10 30" box jumps
20 kipping pullups
3 rounds for time

Finish with 30 minutes of low intensity aerobic/cardio exercise....you choose mode.
