Today's Workout


ME Buffalo Bar Box Squats x 6, 4, 2, drop 20% and do a set of 4, drop another 20% and do a set of 4

Box height should be set at parallel

Start low and build to a max set of 2 reps

Follow with 5 rounds of:

Barbell step up (12") x 5 reps (right and left)
Barbelln RDL's x 5
