Today's Workout


A. Dynamic lunges with MB rotations x 20
B. 45 degreee hyper x 10
3 rounds

DE Barbell Squat
A. 55% of 1RM for 4 sets or 2 cluster reps (pause 15seconds between each rep)
B. 18" Box jumps (load) Increase load with each set of 3 reps done 60 seconds after completing squat set.
Example- bdy/3, 10/3, 20/3, 25/3, etc...

Rack Deadlifts-

Set barbell in power rack just below knee, warm up then decide proper load.
Set back and pull each rep to completion, lower to pins- 5 count- pull again until NEAR failure, record rep number

DB squat to box or dynamax ball

1 set of 20 reps, rest 2 minutes, increase DB load and repeat for 10 reps.

MB jackknifes x 25
MB russian twists x 25
x 4 rounds
