A1. Barbell Shrugs x 3 sets to near failure, ascending loading
A2. 24" box jumps x 3 sets of 6 reps

B.1 SB leg curl x 12
B.2 Bulgarian split squats x 12+12
B.3 45 degree hyper x near failure
x 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in betweenñ
