Today's Workout



SE manta ray squats (66% of 1RM) x 6 sets of 4 reps

DL with 1 chain each side x do one dl and 5 shrugs, repeat 5 X's
x 2 sets

A1. Barbell lunge bar in front rack posistion x 5+5
A2. Standing leg curl x 10
A3. Leg extension x 15
x 3-4 rounds
