DE Squats

Warmup/prehab
Lateral hurdle steps x 20
2 Hand KB swings (32lb) x 10
x 3 rounds

DE barbell squat

65% of 1RM x 3 sets of 2 cluster reps (rest 15 seconds between reps)
Rest 60 seconds and perform
Loaded Box jumps 3 x 3 reps

Rack DLs (set bar below knee height)

10 singles with 80% or 1RM deadlift

45degree hyper x 3 x 15
