Today's Workout
20 minutes cardio training/low intensity
5 minutes abwork with MB
20 minutes cardio training/low intensity
5 minutes abwork with MB
20 minutes cardio training/low intensity
5 minutes abwork with MB
Static stretches with jumpstretch band holding each position for 90 seconds.
Leg up, leg out, leg over, leg back
repeat for other leg/hip
