Today's Workout


DE BP Week #3 of a 3 week rotation/cycle

6 sets of 3 reps with 65% of your 1RM with 1 20lb chain on each end of the bar.

After each set of bench presses, do 3 MB slams with your heaviest ball.

Time the total effort.

Pendley Barbell rows

5 sets of 5 reps with an ascending loading pattern.

Finish with Dips and Chins (supine grip)

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Done for time.
